Shipping Policy – AV Pulls

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your cards and accessories arrive safely:

  • 0–1 lb items (single cards, small accessories): Ships via USPS First Class or similar — typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.

  • 2–5 lb items (booster packs, small booster boxes, small bundles): Ships via USPS Priority or UPS Ground — typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.

  • 6+ lb items (full booster box cases, large bundles, bulk orders): Ships via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS — typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders.

Packaging & Safety
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage:

  • Single cards shipped in top loaders + sleeves + bubble mailer

  • Booster packs/boxes shipped in protective boxes with padding

  • Slabs shipped with extra cardboard protection to ensure safe delivery

Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contactavpulls@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
